The International Federation of Poker (IFP) is the governing body of sports poker, promoting poker and its Match Poker variation as a skill game and a mind sport. Poker zveza Slovenije (PZS)

Poker Federation of Slovenia (Poker zveza Slovenije) was initially formed in May 2013 but due to legislation issues had to remain inactive until June 2014. They have taken over as the regulatory body for the mind sport of poker in Slovenia from the previous organisation which was inactive for some time.

After June 2014 the basic activities begun: started talking with government officials, sponsors, active casinos and in September became a member of IFP. Now they are on a fast track towards organizing national championships, international cups and participating at international IFP events with their national team after a rigorous selection of players.
